CEC 32 formed a 20-bit superconducting quantum computer complete computing power!

Recently, CEC 32 Institute of Quantum Computing Innovation Center based on self-developed 20-bit superconducting quantum computer engineering prototype, superconducting quantum operating system, completed the verification of multi-bit quantum gate algorithm, with 20-bit superconducting quantum computer whole machine computing power.

As early as November 2022, CEC DAS was unveiled at the 14th China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition (Airshow China, commonly known as Zhuhai Airshow) to exhibit a domestic fully autonomous and controllable 20-bit superconducting quantum computer.

 

At that time, the 20-bit domestic fully autonomous and controllable superconducting quantum computer has completed the system joint test and joint tuning work. The prototype displayed includes display control system, microwave measurement system, dilution cooler structural components, cryogenic electronics, 20-bit superconducting quantum chip and packaging, etc.

 

Meanwhile, the 20-bit superconducting quantum computer is capable of demonstrating and verifying small-scale typical quantum algorithms, supporting human-computer interaction programming with graphical interface, and laying the foundation for scientific research and application exploration of quantum computing in biomedicine, cryptographic security and other fields.
