IBM announces the 2023 Qiskit Global Summer School in July!
On May 24, IBM announced that the 2023 Qiskit Global Summer School will be held from July 17 to 28, and early bird registration is now open. This year's theme is "From Theory to Implementation", unlike previous years which have been focusing on advanced topics, this year's summer school is more for those who have not been exposed to quantum computing for beginners to learn. It is reported that this year's Qiskit Global Summer School will be a virtual event with 5000 participants.
The official website says, "The Qiskit Global Summer School 2023 is an intensive two-week summer program designed to equip future quantum researchers and developers with the skills and knowledge to explore the world of quantum computing and its applications. This quadrennial summer school will introduce quantum computing by taking a back-to-basics approach, with a special focus on the transition from theory to implementation."
