02Chief Scientist of SMIT was invited to share the report of the special forum
During the conference, Dr. Cheng Wang, Chief Scientist of Chengdu Zhongwei Daxin Technology Co., Ltd. and Professor of University of Electronic Science and Technology, made a presentation on "Towards Single Pulse Reading, Breakthrough CMOS Low Temperature Noise Limit of Reflectance Measurement Array" in the special forum on key supporting technologies and devices for quantum information.
Low-temperature CMOS integrated circuit technology, which aims to achieve large-scale quantum bit control and reading in the temperature region of 1-4K, has become a research hotspot in recent years. In the presentation session, Dr. Cheng Wang introduced the development related to silicon-based low-noise detection technology and reported the progress of developing a multi-channel measurement array chip that breaks through the low-temperature noise detection limit of silicon-based CMOS.
