First Fin-Q Quantum Finance Seminar on July 29th
As classical computer processors gradually approach the limits of the traditional process, Moore's law will gradually fail, quantum computing as the future of a new type of arithmetic, will bring leaps and bounds of arithmetic power to the digital society. At present, the global quantum computer has gradually moved from the prototype to the era of noise-containing medium-scale quantum computer (NISQ), finance as an important application area of quantum computing, has attracted the attention of Goldman Sachs, Barclays Bank, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, JP Morgan Chase and other international financial giants, Construction Bank, Huaxia Bank and other domestic first to explore the application. The conference formally introduced the "Fin-Q" quantum finance track, which means the combination of Finance and Quantum, representing the application of quantum computing, quantum communication and quantum security and other quantum-related frontier technologies in the financial field.
Under the guidance of Beijing Financial Street Service Bureau and the Management Committee of Xicheng Park of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park, this conference is organized by the Financial Technology Special Committee of Beijing Financial Street Cooperation and Development Council, China Construction Bank, and hosted by Beijing Financial Street Service Center Co. The first "Fin-Q" quantum finance seminar will be held in Beijing on July 29, 2022, and will be hosted by Gu Chengjian, founder of QuantumChina. The conference aims to promote the innovative application and transformation of quantum information technology in the field of finance, integrate experts from all walks of life, including industry, academia and research, and jointly promote the high-quality development of the digital economy.

Guo Guo Ping

He is a professor and doctoral director of CSU, and a senior researcher of the Institute of Artificial Intelligence. He is the vice dean of the School of Microelectronics and the deputy director of the Key Laboratory of Quantum Information of Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is the chief scientist of the National Key R&D Program, the recipient of the National Outstanding Youth Fund, the innovation leader of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the secretary general of CCF Quantum Computing Professional Group, the founder and chief scientist of Hefei Origin Quantum Computing Technology Company.
Zhao Yong

Weng Wenkang

He is the Chief Scientist of Quantum Computing Software and Algorithm at Huawei. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in physics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and in 2004, he went to the University of Illinois to conduct research in the expanded discipline of physics and information science, and received his Ph. After graduation, he went to Harvard University to conduct postdoctoral research on quantum information and quantum chemistry. He returned to China in 2013 and worked as an assistant professor in the Institute of Cross-Information at Tsinghua University. he joined the Department of Physics at Southern University of Science and Technology in 2016 and joined Huawei Data Center Technology Lab in 2018.
Wen Kai

E.rom Stanford University. He studied under Prof. Guilu Long and Prof. Y. Yamamo-to, and has worked in Google and other companies, and co-founded several companies. He has published many top papers and patents in the fields of quantum error correction and security, optical quantum and Bose-Einstein condensed computing, and is one of the authors of the optical quantum coherent Ising machine.
