Two scenarios of Guodun Quantum were selected as Hefei Plan

National Shield Quantum's "Quantum Encrypted Smart Office" and "Quantum Secure Communication Metropolitan Area Network" projects were selected into the first batch of scenario opportunities and scenario capability lists, and an invitation to "reveal the list" was issued to companies interested in cooperating to share scenario opportunities.

"Quantum Secure Communication Metropolitan Area Network" was selected into the first batch of scenario capability list. This project shows the case of Hefei Quantum Metropolitan Area Network of National Shield Quantum Service. The construction of Hefei Quantum Metropolitan Area Network will start in 2021. Based on the e-government external network, a quantum core network and access network have been constructed, including 8 core website sites and 159 access site sites, to build a quantum security service platform to realize mobile Terminal security access and database quantum security encryption. The optical fiber of the quantum key distribution network is 1,067 kilometers long, which can provide quantum security access services for nearly 500 party and government agencies at the city and district levels.

As an information security infrastructure serving the "new infrastructure" field, after the completion of the Hefei Quantum Metropolitan Area Network, it can escort the network information system involving the national economy and people's livelihood, serve the development of Hefei's digital economy, and help Hefei build an innovation-driven, world-leading "quantum network" center".
