"Quantum empowerment, win-win future" - The first CCF Quantum Computing Conference will be held in Zhengzhou and online from August 20-21, 2022. The registration and call for papers have been officially opened, and the call for papers will end on July 25. Registration and contributions are welcome.

After 40 years of nurturing and development, quantum computing is gradually triggering a major change in the next generation of human computing models. With the unique superposition and entanglement properties of quantum mechanics, quantum computing will exponentially improve human computing power. In recent years, quantum computing technology has developed particularly rapidly, and quantum hardware, software and algorithms have all made great progress. The quantum gating accuracy has reached the error correction threshold and the fault-tolerant quantum computing process has been initially realized. At the same time, the application research of quantum computing is also carried out among the world's top scientific research institutions and business giants in various industries, which initially shows the broad application prospects of quantum computers in the fields of quantum chemical simulation, combinatorial optimization and machine learning. With the advent of the quantum computing era, the development of quantum computing technology will be more rapid, and the international competition will become more intense. Countries attach great importance to their own quantum computing development level and seek the dominant position of quantum computing development. All walks of life are also promoting quantum computing. Complementary development with the integration of traditional computing.
Against this background, the China Computer Federation (CCF) established a quantum computing professional group in 2021. The CCF Quantum Computing Conference is the flagship conference of the CCF Quantum Computing Professional Group.
The 1st CCF Quantum Computation Conference (The 1st CCF Quantum Computation Conference, CQCC 2022) is hosted by CCF, co-organized by CCF Quantum Computing Professional Group, University of Information Engineering, Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou High-tech Zone Management Committee, National Supercomputing Zhengzhou Center, Zhengzhou Co-organized by Xinda Advanced Technology Research Institute, it will be held in Zhengzhou, the "green city" on August 20-21, 2022. Professor Guo Guangcan, director of the CCF Quantum Computing Professional Group and academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, served as the chairman of the conference.
With the theme of "Quantum Empowerment, Win-Win Future", the conference will invite a number of senior experts at home and abroad to give special reports, hold conference forums according to academic, technical or industrial hotspots, and hold 10 academic, technical and application aspects of quantum computing. At the same time, the "CCF 'Sinan Cup' Quantum Computing Programming Challenge" final award ceremony was held.
Registration for the conference has been opened. In view of the fact that the current epidemic situation still needs to be controlled, out of consideration of the safety, health and feasibility of the participants, the conference will be held in a combination of online and offline methods: a main venue will be set up in Zhengzhou, and major experts such as speakers of the special forum will gather There are branch venues in other cities, and audiences from all over the world can access online. Instructions for Authors:
1. The conference accepts submissions in both Chinese and English. Contributors can apply for an oral presentation or poster presentation at the conference. If the application is accepted, the presentation or presentation must be made as required by the conference.
2. Submissions are divided into two categories:
1) Unpublished papers: Candidates who wish to recommend to the journal or participate in the evaluation of outstanding papers must submit original, unpublished research results, technical reviews, work experience summaries or technical progress reports.
2) Exchange of published results: Contributions of outstanding academic achievements, high-value research work in technology and application are also welcome for exchange and sharing; for such papers, please indicate "Published results, only for communication" in the title of the submission. After being accepted, it will be presented in the form of special forum reports, technology sharing, etc.
3. The conference will select outstanding papers, excellent paper nomination awards, best poster awards, etc. Such awards are limited to papers whose first author is a student.

1) There is no template limit for this submission. For ease of reading and review, please submit it in PDF format to avoid misplacement of formulas, charts, etc., which will affect the review.
2) After the paper is recommended to the journal by the conference, please adjust and submit it according to the template or format requirements of the corresponding journal.

The conference only has the right to recommend the accepted papers, and has no right to make an acceptance decision; the paper needs to meet the review requirements of the journal to which it is submitted, and the journal decides whether to accept it or not.
