In this ice and snow event, China Telecom realized the communication security of intercom dispatching through quantum encryption technology. So far, China's first quantum encrypted intercom has been put into the guarantee of ice and snow event. Quantum encrypted intercom is used as the core module to realize "point-to-point, visual" patrol duty, accurate deployment, command and dispatching, and realize the integration and association of people, vehicles, places, things, conditions and organizations. At the same time, through encryption means and link security technology, end-to-end encrypted communication is realized to provide dual security services of data and link for venue command and dispatching.

VPDN dedicated line is deployed independently to improve cluster communication security. The "VPDN dedicated line + independent deployment" mode is adopted to build the quantum encryption intercom platform. The intercom terminal controls the access to the system server through the VPDN dedicated line, based on the high-speed packet data network, using the special network encryption protocol and the corresponding authentication and authorization mechanism. Provide access control based on application and user, take application and user as the basic elements of security policy, and realize the next generation access control and application layer state packet filtering (ASPF) function in combination with in-depth defense, so as to realize the security isolation of access data.
