1. Declaration Requirements
(1) Abide by the constitution of the people's republic of china and relevant laws and regulations, adhere to the spirit of science, strictly abide by the integrity of scientific research, and have no academic misconduct.
(2) The scientific research direction is at the forefront of science and technology in the world, mainly quantum communication, quantum computing, quantum precision measurement, quantum devices, and materials.
(3) Generally, a doctoral degree shall be obtained.
(4) The applicant must obtain a formal teaching or scientific research position in a well-known overseas university, scientific research institution, or enterprise research and development institution, and work for more than 36 consecutive months; the age is not more than 40 years old (date of birth is after January 1, 1982 (inclusive); the application for obtaining a doctoral degree overseas may appropriately relax the working year requirement.
(5) After the introduction, they must resign from overseas work or have no job overseas, and return to China (come to china) to work full-time for not less than 3 years.
(6) For those with particularly outstanding performance, such as scientific research or technology achievements recognized by peer experts, and have the development potential to become academic leaders or outstanding talents in the field, the declaration conditions for academic qualifications, professional and technical positions, and years of work may be appropriately relaxed.
2. Support Guarantees And Treatment
(1) Employment position: researcher on the staff (including the appointment period system) position. under the cooperation framework of hkust and Hefei national laboratory, he can be hired as a professor of special professor (doctoral supervisor) of hkust.
(2) Scientific research start-up funds: 1-3 million yuan of state support; the university of science and technology of china, the Chinese academy of sciences, and the Hefei national laboratory can support up to 6 million yuan. in addition, according to the needs of completing the actual scientific research tasks, after consultation with the laboratory talent introduction committee, the total start-up cost can be increased by up to 100% based on the above two items.
(3) Living allowance: a one-time living allowance for selected talents is not less than 2 million yuan, and a one-time payment is given to selected talents after they arrive at the post full-time (including national and Anhui provincial support funds).
(4) Salary: the annual salary is not less than 600,000 yuan (including five insurances and one gold). particularly outstanding, according to the situation of undertaking national scientific research tasks, can obtain up to 60% of the performance increase based on the above salary.
